Offering

The offer is aimed at customers domiciled in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, the European Union and countries outside the European Union.

Any offer is only valid when it appears in the online shop within the limits of available stocks.

It is possible that some prices may vary from day to day even when it is the same product but of a different colour or size. The difference in these prices is due to the fluctuation of stocks in our warehouse.

Prices

The prices displayed on our website are expressed in Swiss francs CHF and euros EUR and take into consideration all taxes included for Switzerland and the countries of the European Union.

No tax exemption is to be taken into account. The difference in price is at our expense.

Product images appearing in advertising, flyers, online store, etc. are for illustration purposes and are non-binding.

All sales prices published in the online store are the final prices, which include all taxes (including VAT). Additional chargeable services that may be ordered by the customer, such as assembly, waste treatment, etc. are shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice.

Despite our best efforts and rigorous checks, errors are possible in the display of the price of certain products. Sports Discount regularly monitors the prices displayed in the online store. If this check reveals an error in the display of the price and if the actual purchase price is higher than the purchase price displayed in the online store, the customer will be immediately informed. If the contract has not yet been concluded at this time, the customer can decide to keep the order at the correct purchase price or to cancel the order.

The customer is informed that due to the volume and speed of order processing, it cannot be excluded that errors in the display of prices are discovered only after the conclusion of the contract, that is to say say after receipt of shipping confirmation or after delivery of the goods. In such cases, Sports Discount is fully entitled to contest the contract in accordance with the legal provisions.

Availability

The products offered on the site are available in our warehouses when it is written "in Stock" under its price.

If it says "3-4 Additional Days for Delivery", it means that the product must be ordered from our supplier and then shipped to you as soon as possible.

If a product you order is out of stock, we will inform you and try to find an alternative product available or cancel the order.

Delivery methods

Retrait Magasin

It is possible to order the product and pick it up directly from our point of sale. The product will be put aside and can be picked up within 24 hours of ordering it.

If the product must be ordered from the supplier, a period of 3 to 4 working days is necessary and you will be notified upon receipt of the supplier to pick it up.

It is possible to pay the amount when you pick up your order.

Delivery to your home

Delays 

Once the goods have been ordered on our website, if they are in stock in our warehouse their order will be processed within 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday. Additional delays may be added in the event that the order from the supplier is delayed.

In the event that the goods have to be ordered from our supplier, the delivery time will be extended from 3 to 4 working days from Monday to Friday until they arrive at our warehouse and are then shipped. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the type of transport chosen as well as the quantity ordered.

You will be notified in the event of delays beyond our control.

Shipping fees

Delivery is free for all orders over 100 Euros or 100 Euros for orders for Switzerland and European Union countries.

Reflection periods

In the case of an online order, you have 14 days from the delivery date of the package to return it to us.

In the case of a store withdrawal, you have 10 days to cancel this withdrawal. Within this period, the product can be refunded or exchanged.

For in-store purchases, returns are the result of a refund in the form of a credit note valid on all other available products.

Returns or exchange of goods

The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging.

In the case of a refund request, it will be made within 10 - 15 days from the date of receipt of the package in our warehouse. The return costs remain at your expense.

The return package must be accompanied by our completed, dated and signed return form.

The delivery address is not the same depending on the origin of the package.

We reserve the right to refuse the package if the above addresses are not respected.

Data protection and privacy

Sports Discount complies with the applicable standards, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act and the relevant ordinance. Only the data necessary for the fulfilment of contractual obligations, for the care of the relationship with the customer, as well as the guarantee of a high quality of service with regard to the exercise and infrastructure, are collected, saved and processed. The information stored is as follows: caller ID, first name, last name, last name, e-mail address, street, post code, city, password and language.

Warranty

All the products we sell are manufactured by reputable and reliable brands. As such, they benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects.

In the event that your product is the subject of a warranty case, it must be returned to us so that we can deal with our supplier.

It is important to return the entire defective product to us, preferably in its original packaging.
