Indo Board Rocker Training Package 2019
The latest IndoBoard is the Rocker Board. It is a little bigger than the original (about 40 × 84 cm). It has no stoppers on the bottom and is not flat, but slightly concave concave to increase the rotatory power on the roller.
This board is driven on the normal role (15 cm) and is for advanced, who love new challenges.
We expressly point out that the use of a balance-trainer is your own responsibility. You can seriously injure yourself if you lose your balance and fall off the balance trainer. Therefore, we urge you to set up the exercises so that you can rest safely if you get out of whack.
