Reflection Period / Right of Return for Online Orders

You have a reflection period of 14 days from the delivery date of the package or 10 days from the order date if you have chosen to pick up your merchandise directly at our Sports Discount store in Lausanne.

During this period, the product can be refunded or exchanged. The products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Refund

In the case of a refund request, this will take place within 10-15 days of receipt of the package. The return costs will be at your expense.

The rejection of a package is possible. A package refusal means that you agree to return the merchandise without even opening it.

The cost of a refused package is

If the delivery to you was free:

- 20 CHF / EURO per parcel for parcels of less than 500 CHF / EURO
- 50 CHF / EURO per parcel for parcels over 500 CHF / EURO

If the delivery to you was chargeable:

- We deduct 2 times the amount you paid for the shipment.
1 time for sending and 1 time for return

Returns must be accompanied by our return form and sent to the address corresponding to your shipping location.

Right of Reflection / Returns for In-Store Purchases

When you make a purchase in-store, you also have a reflection period of 14 days. During this period, you have the option to receive a store credit or exchange the product. We assume that you had the opportunity to try or view the product in-store before making the purchase.

If you wish to receive a refund for a gift, please inform us before making the payment, and we can consider an exception by adding a specific note to the receipt.

Please note that returns must be made in their original packaging and in perfect condition, without having been used outside the store. Custom-made products cannot be returned.

Regarding defective products, they are covered by the warranty. In such cases, we offer either repair, replacement, or exchange of the defective product. If none of these solutions are possible, we can issue a store credit as a last resort.
