Splitboard Jones Ultralight Butterfly 2027

Built for big days with small packs, the Splitboard Jones Ultralight Butterfly 2026 is a featherweight freeride/touring weapon that turns long approaches into fast, efficient travel and rewards every climb with confident, high-speed descents. Available in 150, 154 and 158, this ultralight splitboard is designed for modern backcountry riders who demand low weight, powerful edge hold and dependable control in variable snow. Its weight-saving Butterfly-inspired geometry and advanced carbon layup slash swing weight without sacrificing stability, so kick turns feel easier and technical bootpacks feel less taxing. Underfoot, a directional rocker profile with energetic camber drives grip on the skin track and precision on the fall line, while a 3D Contour Base smooths turn initiation and delivers effortless float in powder, wind buff and transitional snow. Inner and outer Traction Tech edges add extra bite on icy traverses and chattery ridgelines, boosting security when conditions turn firm. For a locked, chatter-free ride, the board features a tight split interface with Karakoram Ultra Clips and a Boltless Bridge construction that preserves base integrity and improves power transfer. A high-speed sintered Ultra Base comes factory waxed for glide on cold morning starts and warm spring exits. The ultralight core combines responsive carbon with vibration-damping elements for a lively yet calm feel that keeps your legs fresh hour after hour. Sustainability is built in with bio-based resins, recycled edges and an eco-plastic topsheet that increases durability while reducing environmental impact. Whether you’re stacking dawn patrol laps, linking distant couloirs or ticking off multi-day objectives, the Ultralight Butterfly maximizes touring efficiency and downhill confidence so you can go farther, faster. Choose 150 for agile, lower-weight riders or tight terrain, 154 for a balanced quiver-of-one, and 158 for maximum stability and float. If your backcountry checklist reads ultralight, reliable and fast, this is your next splitboard.
